BCS was started in 2010 as a
non-governmental organization in Dashmina upazila of Patuakhali district in
Bangladesh. Over the years, it has contributed to the betterment of the people
by working for the implementation of financial well-being, women's rights, and
the rights of women, including pregnant and maternity mothers and children. The
replica keeps an eye on the implementation of the program as a process of
overall transformation of society, moving forward while maintaining a perfect
